I have a hemorrhoid on my bum that is really sore when I move (I made the mistake of going to the gym last night). How long should it take for it to go away (I've had it for about 5 days already). Essentially — It is not impossible to get rid of a hemorrhoid but it is very tricky and can take time. My grandmother got a hemorrhoid from giving birth because she strained too hard and she still has the hemorrhoid (that was like 30-40 years ago). You can try loosening your stool so your hemorrhoid doesnt get worse by eating more fiber, like whole grain breads and loads of fruits and vegetables. Also eating raw fruits and vegetables helps heal your body. My mom had psoriasis (bad skin rash), hair loss, over weight, hemorrhoids, and a cyst in her leg and added more raw fruits and vegetables (her diet was about 85-100% raw) and she no longer has psoriasis, hair loss is gone, she lost 58 pounds, her hemorrhoids literally disappeared within the 3rd week. She had the cyst removed but shes very healthy and doesnt get those coplications any more. Long story short, eat raw fruits ad vegetables and more fiber. But still eat whole grains, low fat dairy, lean meats but eat as much fruits and vegetables as you want. Eat 1-3 servings of fruits and veggies at every meal and snack on fruits an vegetables. Hope I helped.
